An application should be completed for each student, who will need their own username and password. The e-mail address can be for an entire family or each student can have their own. If a family wants to group the students in the family, we suggest that they use a single e-mail address for everyone. Students or parents choose their usernames and passwords. Before completing this application, make a decision about the e-mail address, user name, and password, write them down, and keep them in a safe place. If you have difficulty logging in, do not create a duplicate account. The login page has tools for dealing with these problems. Only the student and his or her parent should have access to the username and password.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. FERPA gives parents certain rights with respect to their children's education records. These rights transfer to the student when he or she reaches the age of 18 or attends a school beyond the high school level. For FERPA purposes, parent is defined as the party(s) claiming the student under 18 years of age as a deduction for federal income taxes.
