Header - "Logged in as: Bill Smith" and Logout link/button (any other pertinent information when logged in: Private message, feedback, etc.)

Login dialog, guest tour, and registration buttons replaced by "User Page" information, sort of a "What would you like to do today?"
Options would vary depending on the privileges of the user

- Go to author/editor index
- Continue at last viewed flashcard
- Go to school list
- Write new flashcards
- My Account - change email, mailing address, password, view messages
- Daily Log - enter brief progress note
- Assessment - view comments about my progress
- Administration - go to admin page, only seen if user has admin privileges
