If you have not received an activation e-mail, please check your junk e-mail folder. If it is not there, you can send yourself another activation e-mail by clicking on login. If you see the link login in the upper right corner of the page, you are not logged in. If you see the link logout in the upper right corner of the page, you are logged in.
You may be logged in even though you have not received an activation e-mail because we recognize that occasionally e-mails do not go through. If you have forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve either by clicking on login and using the appropriate link on the login page. You'll have to click logout and then click login to get to the page.
If you receive an error message, copy the message exactly and paste it in an e-mail to us, telling us exactly what you did just before you got the error message.
Parents and students must agree to share usernames and passwords. Sometimes students will change their username or password which effectively locks parents out. A system needs to be devised to remember them. We strongly urge you to get a free program called RoboForm, downloadable at http://www.roboform.com. This will not only remember all of your usernames and passwords but also the information that you use to buy things online. Of course you are welcome to use any system that you wish, but it's got to work.
It is essential that you decide upon and write down the e-mail address that you associate with a given account, the user name and the password before you register. If there are multiple students in your family you will need to do this for each student.
The identifiers that we have access to are the user name, student’s name, and the e-mail address. We made these separate for families who only have one e-mail address or for families who want to group their children under a single identifier.
Even we don't know your password. This is an ethical standard that programmers follow because some people use the same password for other sensitive things like their bank account. Your password is encrypted in our database. There may be other members of your household who have access to your computer and federal regulations (FERPA) require us to keep your academic information confidential. Your username can be found in the Your Account section.
