Minor Enhancements Needed
- We should have the ability to resend an activation e-mail manually. The
system should send out another activation e-mail if it is not acted on
within 24 hours. Discuss.
- There should be a way for the administrator to edit text, link names,
and button names on active pages.
- The feedback email from the tests should give the path to the test
question. For example: All tests>Practice for Authors>Question 3.
- Some people who are registering are still not receiving their activation
emails. Need a manual way to send them.
- When using the preview icon in the bulk editor, we would like to to
navigate consecutively through all the cards one has made so far, viewing
them as an outside person might. Now, after viewing the first question and answer, and clicking "correct" for the answer, it defaults to
the last card I was working on rather than proceeding to #2, then #3, etc.
consecutively. I'd also like to be able to make some editing changes then
view from that point forward (i.e. - if I edit #34, I'd like to go from #34
on.)
- It would be helpful to have the ability to look on the container page
and find the exact numbered card that you might want to edit.
- The feedback form for tests should completely identify the test, giving
the test category and name. There should be an edit button for each
question as well as the summary at the end.
- We need the ability to send out newsletters to either students or
staff. There would be a drop down box with all of the privilege levels so
that we could designate the target audience. There would be another item on
the list called students. Another item on the list would be all staff
(excluding students.)
- We should have the ability to remove the check box for contracts in the
author editor tracking form. In fact the form itself should be customizable
by administrators.
- When an invoice is submitted, we get an email. That invoice should
contain the name of the invoice.
