Grant Writers

Grant Researchers
Grant Researchers collect information about grant funders by researching websites and making phone calls. They update our Grant Spreadsheet by filling in missing data and correcting inaccuracies. Flashcard Authors
Flashcard authors are required to demonstrate excellent proficiency in their chosen subject as well as an aptitude for writing flashcards, which is an art unto itself.  You must create your own educational graphics with the drawing software that we provide or use images from our educational resources.   We require a minimum of 100 flashcards per week. See the payment schedule link to the left.

Technical Line Editors
Evaluates flashcards for form and teaching quality. We have an extensive description of the proper flashcard formats on our web site. This person is generally a professional writer or educator with a strong technical background and line editing ability. The editor gives feedback to the authors about the quality of their writing and serves as their manager.

Graphic Designers
Our graphic designers are primarily responsible for creating images and diagrams, as well as working with existing images. This includes converting file formats, reducing file size, resizing images, altering image appearance, inserting and removing labels, and other tasks. If you want to do this, you will be working mostly on providing images for existing flashcards.  In addition to your application, you will also need to submit samples of your past work and pass our screening test.

Dynamic Web Programming
We are actively seeking people with experience in PHP or ASP programming. Please submit your resume and three references.

Database Design
We are always revising and expanding our online system. It uses Microsoft 2000 SQL Server.  If you have experience in this area and wish to work with us, you would be involved with the overall layout of the dynamic functionality of the website.
